Azerbaijani Stories

‘Azerbaijani Stories’ consists of 10 stories encountered on a journey from the capital on the Caspian coast to Naftalan on the Armenian border. Each story about Azerbaijan consists of a portrait and complementary photographs. These composite portraits bring together the barren but oil-rich east of the country and the fertile but painful western topography with human stories. Each story encountered on this journey from the capital Baku to Naftalan reveals the contrasting structure of the geography. The intersection point of the stories is the images of the east of the country and the fluctuating topography.
